Up until now, the whole “Staycation” thing was really beginning to hamper my photography location options. With so many people heading to Cornwall rather than going abroad, everywhere that I could have pretty much had to myself in the past, during the week at least, has been overrun with people. However, it did work in my favour yesterday at Golitha Falls. There were so many people, even in early morning, that I decided to take a path that I have never taken in my many visits before. To my joy, this part of the falls was at the end of my scramble down some rather sketchy steep banks, and for at least 30 minutes, I had the whole area to myself – bliss!
